Return and Refund Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging. Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.
Please note: Custom bracelets are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
There are no returns or exchanges on custom orders.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items that have been used or worn

Final sale items

Custom orders (including personalized bracelets)

Items returned after the 14-day return window

Orders affected by incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Depending on the situation, customers may choose between:

A replacement, or

A refund
We may request photo or video evidence to help resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed accordingly.
Refunds may be issued as:

The original payment method, or

Store credit
The refund method will depend on the situation and will be communicated during the resolution process.
Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
